Lala, Lanao del Norte - The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of the CPWASH Project in El Salvador, Lala, Lanao del Norte was launched and witnessed by PARBO II, Jamil P. Amatonding, Jr with his CARPO for PBDD Engr. Alexander A. Lomondot   and staff. Mayor Allan Lim of Lala, Lanao del Norte and MARPO Yamashita Paderanga and the proponent ARBO, El Salvador Farmers MPC last May 5, 2015 at 9:00 am to 12 noon.   

The Regional and Provincial CPWASH point person were also presented during the said activity due to the fact that the DAR Central Office approved the implementation of another CPWASH project in Lanao del Norte which will be implemented in El Salvador, Lala, Lanao del Norte. Thus, this activity realized.

The said activity was held at the barangay Hall of El Salvador,Lala ,Lanao del Norte. No less than the Mayor of Lala Honorable Alan  Lim and PARBO II Jamil P. Amatonding, Jr jointly signed the MOA representing  the LGU of Lala and DARPO , Lanao del Norte respectively after they have delivered their message to the launching and MOA signing activity.

                          BUB Projects in Lanao del Norte still set for turn-over this year 2015

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) provincial office of Lanao del Norte had monitored the BUB projects’ status. PARBO II, Jamil P. Amatonding, Jr directed his BUB point person Engr. Abulkhayr Ismael to conduct a final inspection with P.I.O. Mr Mohammad P. Pangandaman.

During the said inspection for BUB projects in Lanao del Norte, Engr Rolan, BUB point person from the region also joined the inspection.

Based on the following BUB projects listed below, it was found out that most of it are ready for turnover considering the fact that those projects have attained one hundred (100%) percent physical accomplishment except for the completion of Banana Catchup Processing Center in Tubod, Lanao del Norte which is not yet ready for turnover.

Hereunder, were the lists of BUB projects implemented in Lanao del Norte being monitored by the DAR Provincial Office of Lanao del Norte with its respective appropriation under DAR-BUB and LGU appropriation to wit:

1.      Concreting of corner Pulang Yuta to Tulatulahan at kapatagan, LDN with 160 –linear meter a DAR-BUB with the amount of Php 1,020,000.00 with LGU-Equity amounting to Php 102,000.00. The remark is completed and turn- over will be on April 1, 2015.  

2.      Support Service delivery (Multi-Purpose warehouse with cold storage and solar dryer) a DAR-BUB with the amount of Php 4,500,000.00 with LGU –EQUITY amount of Php 225,000.00 with a total cost of Php 425,000.00. Completed and ready for turnover. 

3.      Foot Bridge with 40 linear meter located at  Adapun, Ali, Balo-I, Lanao del Norte a DAR-BUB amounted to Php 500,000.00 with LGU-Equity amounting to Php 78,700.00 with a total project cost of Php 578,000.00 and completed and ready for turn-over.

4.      A Day Care Center located at Nangka, Balo-i, Lanao del Norte a DAR-BUB  amounting to  Php 300,000.00 with LGU-EQUITY with the amount of Php 45,000.00 with a total cost of  Php 345,000.00 and already completed  and ready for turnover

5.      A Day Care Center located at Cadayunan, Balo-i, Lanao del Norte DAR BUB  amounting to  Php 300, 000.00 with LGU-Equity with the amount of Php 45,000.00 with a total cost of Php 345,000.00 and ready for turnover. 

6.      Day Care Center, Cormatan, Balo-i, Lanao del Norte, DAR –BUB- amounted to Php 300,000.00 with LGU-Equity with the amount of  Php 45,000.00 and a total cost of Php 345,000.00 and ready for turnover.  

7.      Day Care Center located at Landa, Balo-i, Lanao del Norte, a DAR-BUB amounted to Php 300,000.00 with LGU-Equity with the amount of  Php 45,000.00 with a total cost of Php 345,000.00 and ready for turnover.  

8.      Day Care Center located at Sigayan, Balo-I, Lanao del Norte a DAR-BUB amounted to Php 300,000.00 with LGU-Equity amounting to Php 45,000.00 with a total cost of Php 345,000.00 ready for turnover

9.      Day Care Center located at Abaga, Balo-i, LDN  a  DAR-BUB amounted to Php 300,000.00 with LGU-Equity with the amount of Php 45,000.00 and a total project cost amounting  to Php 345,000.00 already completed ready for turnover 

10.  Construction and upgrading of Poblacion street in Tangkal, LDN with 700 meters DAR-BUB amounting to Php 9,187,00.00 with LGU-Equity amounting to Php 966,000.00 with a total cost of Php 10,153,000.00  

11.  Farm to Market road concreting project in Tamparan, Munai, LDN with 120 meters DAR-BUB is amounting to Php 1,425,500.00 with LGU-Equity amounting to 142,550.00 with a total cost of Php 1568,050.00 and ready for turnover. 

12.    FMR  concreting project in Pantaon, Munai, LDN DAR-BUB is amounting to  Php  1,425,500.00 with LGU-Equity Php 142,550.00 with a total cost of  Php 1,568,050.00 and ready for turnover 

13.  Construction of Box Culvert in Tagoloan, LDN DAR-BUB, Php 1,425,500.00 with  LGU Equity amounting to Php 142,550.00 with a total cost of Php 1,568,050.00 and ready for turnover.

14.  Completion of Banana  Catchup Processing Center in Tubod, LDN a DAR-BUB amounting to Php 200,000.00 with LGU-Equity amounting to Php 35,000.00 with a total cost of 235,000.00 and ready for turnover

DAR provides Multi –Purpose Warehouse under BUB 2013 funding in Matungao 

Iligan City -  A contract signing for a BUB project under 2013 appropriation was executed by and between the Department of Agrarian Reform  (DAR) Provincial Office of Lanao del Norte represented by PARBO II,  Jamil  P. Amatonding, Jr and JIZAN Builder, who won the bidding, represented  by Mr. Pundatu Macasimbar, proprietor of JIZAN Builder.

During the contract signing, the members of the Bids and Award Committee were present to witness the contract signing.

After the issuance of a notice to proceed, the project contractor started the implementation and it was constructed in Barangay Puntod, Matungao, Lanao del Norte which is now 100% percent completed and still ready for turnover this October 2015.   

The said project has a total project cost of Php 4,725,000.00 and the appropriation under the BUB 2013 is Php 4, 5000,000.00. The implementation was done on a By Contract Mode with the JIZAN Builder.

                      DAR turned-over 2014 GPBP FMR in Kapatagan       

Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte – On April 1, 2015 at about 1:00 P.M. two young leaders PARBO II, Jamil P. Amatonding, Jr of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Lanao del Norte and Mayor Benjie Y. Baguio of Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, with the presence of their staff and all the barangay officials of Pulang Yuta and Tulatulahan graced the turned-over ceremony of the said project. CARPO for PBDD Engr. Alexander A. Lomondot and the OIC MARPO of kapatagan, Diana L. Muscad also graced the said turnover activity.  

The above mentioned project already attained a 100% accomplishment on site based on a joint final inspection conducted last February 2015 with the inspectorate team from the Regional and Provincial Office of the DAR-10 and the Technical Team from the municipality of kapatagan, LDN. The size of the project completed is 160 Linear Meter with a total Project cost of Php 1, 222,000.00 of which the approved budget is Php 1,020,000.00 with an LGU Counterpart Equity amounting to Php 102,000.00.

The cutting of ribbon was held at Barangay Tulatuhan and the Program was at the Barangay Hall of Tulatulahan, Kapatagan, LDN.

During the program, Mayor Benjie Baguio delivered his message for the successful turned-over of the said project and PARBO II, Amatonding, Jr. likewise delivered his message that includes the project brief and the Barangay Officials of the proponent Barangay expressed their thanks to the DAR Provincial Office of the LDN for their full support in the successful implementation of the project.
